I'm a father, husband, friend, and experienced educator. I have over 12 years in the classroom, 4 years of experience as an instructional coach, and a growing client base of organizations that have used my expertise as an instructional designer. What is Learning Design?

Just like you wouldn't travel unfamiliar terrain without a map, you shouldn't navigate your organization's next chapter without a robust plan for employee and client learning. Learning design is chance to align the organization's mission, vission, and values with the daily work of building individual and group competencies. 

The Difference

I define growth not as mere efficiencies or profits, but rather a profound and growing sense that the work one person does is contributing to the larger effort. I will take the time to understand your unique aspirations, challenges, and business environment. And, I will work tirelessly to design a learning plan that will grow each person's capacity to contribute.
